This catamaran service to Laguna San Rafael also owns the hotel at the port in Chacabuco, the Hostería Loberías del Sur, and they offer packages that include a stay here or 1-day journeys for travelers not lodging at the hotel. Catamaranes has their own private park, Aikén del Sur, which they visit for a half-day tour included in their 2- to 3-night packages.
Also included in their packages is a typical Patagonian lamb barbecue. The company has a fleet of ships that are smaller and, therefore, offer a more personalized experience than the large Navimag ships, making this a good choice for day trips to the Laguna (the price is slightly higher than with Navimag).
I don't recommend their 3-night packages because lodging is at their hotel in Puerto Chacabuco, and there isn't enough to see here to warrant more than a 1-night stay. Trips include all meals, an open bar, and inflatable zodiac boat rides near the glacier.
